Our systems, controls, and partnerships are designed to ensure that every shipment delivered meets applicable regulatory requirements, industry benchmarks, and customer specifications—without compromise.
Standards & Certifications
Our products and processes comply with relevant national and international standards. We ensure adherence to Indian Standards prescribed by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), including applicable IS codes such as IS 2062 for structural steel. Where mandated, materials supplied under India’s Steel Quality Control Order carry valid ISI marking, reflecting conformity with statutory requirements.
In addition, we align with globally accepted material specifications such as ASTM International, European Committee for Standardization (EN), and Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), wherever applicable. This enables our materials to meet the expectations of customers operating across diverse industrial and regulatory environments.
Quality Management & Testing
Our Quality Management System governs every stage of procurement and delivery. We work exclusively with approved and certified steel mills and processors, ensuring consistency from source to shipment.
Each batch of material is accompanied by a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) confirming chemical composition and mechanical properties. Upon receipt, materials undergo verification against ordered specifications, including grade, dimensions, and surface condition. Visual inspections are carried out to identify any defects, while dimensional checks ensure accuracy in thickness, width, and length.
